Linden Africa is an institutional real estate developer and investment platform headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, with an established presence in Ghana. Our core business focuses on proprietary real estate development, specialising in mid-market to premium residential projects, master-planned gated communities and selected commercial developments. We partner with landowners through structured joint ventures, bringing together investment, planning, financing and development expertise to unlock the full potential of land across Africa.

Complementing our proprietary development activities, Linden Africa provides development management services to institutional investors and strategic partners, including through our partnership with Wellers Impact Fund. These services leverage our extensive development expertise and local market knowledge to support the planning, structuring and delivery of real estate projects across key African markets.

The co-founders bring a proven track record spanning 12 major residential developments across more than 1,000 acres, alongside involvement in over USD 1 billion of commercial real estate development, including retail, offices and hospitality. Across both our proprietary developments and development management mandates, we focus on identifying the highest and best use of land and delivering projects that create sustainable, long-term value for landowners, investors and the communities we serve.

What we develop

Linden Africa develops low-density, master-planned residential communities in the mid-to-high-end market — villas, townhouses, apartments and, in selected developments, serviced residential plots. Every community is planned as a complete neighbourhood from the outset, with homes, roads, infrastructure, landscaping, green space, amenities, security and governance considered together.

We also identify, evaluate and develop strategically selected commercial opportunities across the office, retail and hospitality sectors, where strong market fundamentals and a compelling investment rationale support long-term value creation.
